The SIE project is structured around several complementary Work Packages (WP):
How will the progress, quality and achievement of project activities be monitored?
In the Sustainable Inclusive Education (SIE) program, the progress, quality, and achievement of project activities will be
monitored by a Quality Manager and a Quality Management Team. Dr. Murat Aydogmus will serve as the Quality Manager,
responsible for overseeing the program’s quality management process.
The Quality Management Team will include representatives from each partner organization, and will be responsible for
monitoring the progress and quality of project activities. The team will get together often to talk about project reports and
evaluate how well project activities are going. Meetings of the Quality Management Team will be set up on a regular
schedule, with dates and times agreed upon ahead of time. An agenda will be created for each meeting, outlining the topics
to be discussed, and the goals of the meeting. The meetings will be held virtually, using the Zoom video conferencing
platform. Zoom allows participants to share screens, present documents, and communicate in real-time.The team will talk
about feedback from target groups and other stakeholders, figuring out how well the program worked and where it could be
better. As a result of the feedback, the team will develop an action plan outlining specific steps that must be taken to
improve project activities and achieve the program’s goals.
What are the specific objectives of this work package and how do they contribute to the general objectives of the project?
The specific objectives of this work package are
To identify the current status of inclusive education and sustainable practices in the partner schools and communities. This
will require gathering information about the policies, programs, and practices that are already in place regarding inclusive
education and sustainability.
To find out what students, parents, teachers, school administrators, and members of the community need and what they
expect from inclusive education and sustainability. To get input and feedback from stakeholders, we will need to do surveys,
focus groups, and interviews.
To assess the level of knowledge and awareness of stakeholders about inclusive education and sustainable practices. This
will involve measuring the level of understanding and awareness of stakeholders on key concepts related to inclusive
education and sustainability
What are the specific objectives of this work package and how do they contribute to the general objectives of the project?
The following goals will be accomplished by the completion of this work package:
Develop a curriculum that integrates sustainability education and inclusive practices across all subject areas and grade
levels.
Develop and provide training for teachers on the use of the curriculum and best practices for inclusive education and
sustainability. (LTTA)
Foster a collaborative learning environment among teachers and promote the sharing of best practices and resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and training through ongoing assessment and feedback from teachers and
students.
What are the specific objectives of this work package and how do they contribute to the general objectives of the project?
The specific objectives of the E-learning Platform work package are to develop a user-friendly and accessible e-learning
platform that will provide inclusive and sustainable educational resources to teachers, students, and other stakeholders, and
to ensure that the platform meets the diverse needs of the target groups.
The e-learning platform will be designed to complement the physical activities of the project and to facilitate cooperation
between partner organisations. It will also provide a mechanism for sharing best practices and resources, as well as for
monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project.
What are the specific objectives of this work package and how do they contribute to the general objectives of the project?
Educators, policymakers, and the general public are all target audiences for the advocacy and awareness-raising efforts
planned as part of the Dissemination and Advocacy work package. The goal of this work package is to make sure that the
project’s results will continue to matter long after the project is finished, and that the project will help shape future
educational policies and practices.
The project’s overarching goals will be advanced through the efforts of the Dissemination and Advocacy work package.
Educators, policymakers, and the general public will all benefit from hearing about the project’s findings and improvements,
and doing so will boost its profile and influence.
